There is a government website which compares income and expenditure of similar sized schools. However, when looking up our school be aware that we have a large nursery so it looks like we overspend on teaching assistants and underspend on teachers, but in fact if you take out the nursery the numbers are broadly average. Schools have to declare if and how many staff earn more that £100,000 but at our school there are no staff earning this amount or more. The link to this financial benchmarking website is:
