Year 6 Teacher – Mrs Hardman

Upper KS2 Phase Leader, Assessment Lead (from six months to Year 6) and Educational Visits Coordinator
I have taught at Ormskirk Church of England Primary School since qualifying as a teacher. I studied Geography at university and I have a Master’s in Teaching and Learning. In my spare time, I enjoy baking and embroidery.
Year 6 Teacher – Mr D Williams

Computing and Design and Technology Leader
I have been working at Ormskirk Church of England Primary since September 2024. I am originally from Wales. I particularly enjoy teaching Mathematics and Physical Education. In my free time, I enjoy watching sport particularly football. I am a massive fan of Liverpool Football Club.
Year 5 Teacher – Mrs C Illingworth

Music Subject Lead, and Volunteers and Student Teacher Co-ordinator
This is my fifteenth year teaching at Ormskirk Church of England Primary School. I live with my two children, who both attend here, my husband and cat, Maggie. I love teaching English and Art. I organise music at school, including hymn practices, choir and the highlight of my year, the Young Voices Concert!
Year 5 Teacher – Mr D Wilkinson

Geography Subject Lead and Outdoor and Adventurous Activity Lead
I have been teaching at Ormskirk Church of England for six years. My favourite subjects to teach are Maths and Geography. I lead our cross country club. I'm a keen runner myself and enjoy running a wide range of distances, from 5ks to marathons. I'm especially proud of my sub 20 minute 5k time, as well as completing over 100 park runs!
Year 6 Teaching Assistant – Mrs J Whitehead
I have worked at Ormskirk Church of England Primary School since 2008 (mainly in Year 6). I enjoy supporting children in Mathematics lessons. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
Year 6 Teaching Assistant – Miss C Holder
I have been working at Ormskirk Church of England Primary School since 2015 and I have a background in I.T. Currently, I support in Year 2 and Year 6. Outside of school, I love outdoors and enjoy geocaching. I am also a Brownie Leader in the local community.
Year 5 Teaching Assistant – Mrs E Robinson
I have worked as a Teaching Assistant at Ormskirk Church of England Primary School for 23 years (mainly in Year 5 and Year 6). I enjoy going on long walks with my dog, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.
