	At university, I studied Geography, Physical Education and Psychology. I have been fortunate enough to have been able to carry out educational studies and or taught in Nepal, Australia, South Africa and the United States of America. At the age of ten, I decided that I wanted to be a headteacher of a primary school, have a family with a son and a daughter, have a dog and a caravan. I am yet to get a caravan!

	I have been a part of Ormskirk Church of England Primary School since qualifying as a teacher in September 2016, and I feel very proud to work in such a warm and supportive community. I studied Education, Sport and Physical Education at university and I also have a Master's degree in Primary Mathematics. Alongside my role as Deputy Headteacher, I work with schools across Lancashire to support the development of their mathematics curriculum, something I am really passionate about. In my free time I watch and still (try) to play football.
